MICHAEL'S STORY

 

By trade, Michael is a Doctor of Physical Therapy in Orlando, Florida. He spends his time working at an outpatient sports PT clinic and also traveling on the WTA Tour treating professional tennis players. He is fortunate to have been to many of the world's largest tennis tournaments with top 100 tennis players as their private physio! Tennis (and now pickleball) are some of his biggest passions.

HOUSE HACKING JOURNEY

 

Michael stumbled into real estate investing through house hacking years ago when he realized he was paying rent, but barely ever living at his apartment due to travel on tour! This was a predicament to say the least. After learning about house hacking, he was able to completely eliminate his living expenses - and even get paid to live in his own home. Since then, he has bought and house hacked multiple other homes! This has provided him enough passive income to achieve level 1 retirement by the age of 28. He now enjoys teaching others how to benefit from house hacking and setting them up for financial independence!

LANCES'S STORY

 

Lance grew up as the son of a dairy farmer in rural Pennsylvania and learned hard work from an early age. After graduating from Liberty University with a political science degree and moving all over the place, he eventually landed himself in the great state of Florida! It was here that he was introduced to real estate and how it can be a wealth-building tool, when used the right way!

Five years ago, Lance became a realtor without knowing the full opportunity to help people and build a future that it would bring!

Later that year, he purchased his first property with his wife. Since then, he has been addicted to building wealth through real estate and helping others do the same. He owns multiple investment properties and has experience doing house flips, buy and holds, BRRRR's, and both single and multifamily properties. With real estate sales being his day job and real estate investing being his passion, he has helped dozens of clients realize the full potential of their real estate goals!
